  1. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete.
  2. We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
  3. We send all complete orders within 28 working days or will advise of any delay.
  4. If we experience problems with fulfilling an order we will email the customer with details of the problem and offer an alternative if necessary.
  5. Credit/Debit cards will only be charged once the order is ready for despatch.
  6. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.
  7. Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer order following fulfilment will be made at our discretion.
  8. 250567 reserves the right to contact any customer directly should there be suspicion of fraud prior to the order being completed.
  9. The 250567 logo and website are copyrighted and the designs on this site are the copyright and sole ownership of 250567. It is not permitted in any circumstance, to publish, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, 250567 designs viewed on this site without prior written authorization of 250567.
  10. All 250567 designs are non-photographic and all images are artistic renditions of the subject/s. 250567 designs are not officially endorsed by any person/s illustrated. All commissioned illustrations are the property of 250567 and are protected within UK copyright laws.
  11. 250567 will only be liable for the sum total cost of any item/s purchased.
  12. Payment is accepted by cheque or credit/debit card accompanied by an order - via post or website. Cheques are subject to clearance prior to despatch.
  13. By agreeing to these terms and conditions by ordering with us, the customer agrees that 250567 may, from time to time, send solicited email to the customer without prejudice and will not continue to do so if notified via email by the customer or by unsubscribing their data by using the relevant pages on the 250567 website.
  14. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
